I was using the bags as well, but they're just not practical for getting the optimum amount of EGCG's...you have to drink like 10++ cups/day.

Listen here is an easy way to drink alot of it, stick 8-10 bags in a pot and boil. Then drink it all day.

I also use BAC's powerful poweder daily, nothing beats green t.

It will keep alot of bad things at bay.

ITS benn proven most tea are not potent compare to pill form. get the pill hey jg your is powder or pill ? how much, for how many Grams?

Yeah, I use the BAC too. They have several extracts. The one that JG1 is using is the highest concentration of polyphenols, but is not suitable for tasting. The lower concentration extract version (100 grams) can be put into hot water for instant tea -- and it tastes pretty good and has a little caffeine to it. I use both extracts.

jg1, you use a 1/2 teaspoon, put in boiling water and drink?

i was thinking of just putting the powder in water and sucking it down. does that have the same affect?

Don't boil it.

I use 1/2tsp 3 times/day...I mix it with a little water in a shaker bottle and down it....taste like shit, but who cares.
