Try this for a few weeks:
Mon: Fast (water/tea only)
Tues - Sat: only raw veggies (green leafy pref) breakfast - Lunch
Dinner: Start w/green salad, then your lean protein, then carbs
Sun: Eat whatever within reason
This will allow you for sufficient rest of your entire digestive system as well as restore a relative level of normalcy. Continue your digestive enzymes throughout. BTW, this works great during first two weeks of PCT. Keep us updated. -mlmdpump
