Water is the best but when you get so sick of water, this might be a great substitute

One glass has only 20g sodium and two grams carbs.

It tastes AWESOME!!

As you said water is the best, but when you need something I think that can work. Peach is pretty good too.

go pick up some flavored water that has 0 carbs. its even better. And if you need some soda, diet coke or pepsi
