Ah, what a great chest day...
Flats - 1x135x10 WU
1x185x10
1x225x6
Then me and the partner felt like working up to a max, and hit a PR for both of us at 255, 10lb PR.
Incline Dumbells - 1x70x10
1x80x10
1x90x8
1x100x5
Weighted Dips - 2 sets of 10 with a 45lb plate on the belt....
Then just finished with some crossovers for fun...felt real good coming out, and we came home and feasted on thanksgiving leftovers.
