great another newb!

hey fellas, just thought id pipe up and introduce myself. I have been reading this forum for about two years and never actually joined up. Im at 6 feet 215 i would estimate my bf to be ..well alot..im trimming down (from 230) and have been working out for a few months regularly. in a previous life(my 20s) i was an avid martial artist, and runner..these days the weight is tough to lose..guess thats why there are so many of us fat fucks out there..anyway here is what my workout consists of right now..
Day 1: chest usually four sets ie; bench,incline,decline and flys..4 sets each or until i almost drop the weight on my head
Day2: biceps triceps..four exercises four sets each til i cant do anymore
day 3: back shoulders..same deal 4 exercises each 4 sets to failure
Day4: Legs usually do the machines for legs until i get my back a little stronger for squats
Day 5: Off
I also do a 2 mile run for time on each of the first three days,after my leg day i cant hardly walk..
for diet ..ireally dont know what i should be eating ..but now that my workout is on the table my goals are to lean out and get hard..building a strong muscular body is the point for us all i think. i dont necessarily have to be huge ..but even in my younger days i had limited visible results from working out regularly..currently as far as gear goes at the suggestion of a buddy of mine i am on 400 mg of eq weekly.
Should i forget the eq and continue working? what type of calorie intake should i be going for? i dont mind doing the work..but i already bought the eq..if anyone has any advice it would greatly appreciated..
 
Welcome to the board. First suggestion I would make would to split up those workout days to get an off day in there. Day 1 - chest Day 2 - bis and tris Day 3 - off Day 4 back/shoulders (although I do them on seperate days) Day 5 - legs Day 6 - off Day 7 - your choice.

Personally, I would've added test to that eq.

The scary part is that I'm not kidding about the guy that didn't want his gains to be "too noticeable" off of dbol only, 2 workouts per week and the daily mcdonalds diet. Some newb recently posted something very similar and was expecting positive feedback on and advice on his PCT too.

I_am..do you think id have better luck by douing back and shoulders on separate days? Maybe humantarget is right about dumb swedes..but we all gotta learn sometime from somewhere..right now i would consider myself on a low carb diet,i quit beer and sodas a while ago..any recommendations there? thanks again..nothing like getting your balls busted to make you feel welcome..
 
Their just harping on you bro. It happens to everyone who's new. You'll learn a lot here. Just have to get past the initial ball busting program.

If you have the energy during the week i would do this

Monday - Chest
Tues - Bis and Tris
Wed - Legs to give your upper body a break.
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back
Sat - your choice of just cardio, or a light workout session for arms. or legs if your up for it.
Sunday - Off

Cardio after all workouts except Legs.

I like that routine-especially if your arms are a weak bodypart. Plus it gives me enough time to 3 hole qualify sweedy's old lady daily while we look at the nude pics of my gf he sold me.

It's what his routine consists of, so it must be working for him. No one is suggesting any particular way to workout, just going with what he is already doing.
