Maybe this should be in the supplement board, i dont know...but i think its something everyone should know.
I dont know how many of you guys are familiar with Sam-E(natural supplement used in europe to treat depression) but i was told my shrink awhile back to take it to treat depression as opposed to the harsher prescription drugs. Not only did it treat my depression without the sides of prozac, zoloft, wellbutirin, etc...it did in a very short time. This was years and ago i stopped taking it for awhile
However heres the point of the story...Since i have started with AAS depression is something I often have to battle....not to mention potential liver problems and the joint pains (I love winny, i'm sorry). So recently i started taking nature made Sam-E again (400 mg's a day)...and i swear to god, my mind and joints have never felt better. Supposedly it has a very beneficial effect on the liver, but i can't verify this. its not that expensive but you have to find ones with good concentration of Sam-E. It's really a great, and relatively unknown supplement for guys like us and a much better alternative than the drugs the FDA is feeding us. Sam-E by itself is beneficial for your joints but they also make one with glucosamine which would probably be even more beneficial...i'll let you know if i try it
my 2 cents
