Grape Juice
I once tried Grape Juice and White Grape Juice. It is too much Fructose and the Dextrose is what you need Post Work-out. Grape Juice is a simple sugar and enters the system almost like dextrose. Use Dextrose and you will get better results.
Fructose and dextrose comparisons. While they both spike insulin, fructose goes straight to the liver to be proccesed and converted into liver glycogen. Dextrose on the other hands is proccesed into muscle glycogen which is our goal.
Dextrose or maltodextrin is fine.
