graduating HS at 16, yall seen this article....

There is a program where I live in California that enables 9th grade students to attend there high school years at a jr college. By the end of the four years they will graduated with their high school diploma and an AA. Being 16 and graduating is not that uncommon. My Mom was 16 I was almost 17. Personally I don't see this being all that popular cause kids now a days don't take school seriously enough to get the grades for these programs.
