I know taking college classes is the norm for JR's and SR's, but this seems like it may be a good way to keep kids in school that are wanting to go to a trade school, etc. I haven't read it all but it seems worth looking into...

If your already smart enough or = to 12th graders, then why not? an extra two years of earning potential could mean a half a mil or more for some people.

LoL i remember coming to schoolefor 9th grade finals tripping balls on green window pane needless to say I failed that class

There is a program where I live in California that enables 9th grade students to attend there high school years at a jr college. By the end of the four years they will graduated with their high school diploma and an AA. Being 16 and graduating is not that uncommon. My Mom was 16 I was almost 17. Personally I don't see this being all that popular cause kids now a days don't take school seriously enough to get the grades for these programs.
