Where in Beverly Hills are you? I'm going to drive up and give you a little lesson in respect sonny!

are you still a member here?

I truly hope you are joking. Hahaha. It's funny that you say you are going to teach me a lesson. I'm an Adult now, 27 years young. Not a huge guy, not a small guy a petite 208lbs. Not really big by the standards most of the guys on this site.
I will say this and I will say this against my better judgement. Unless you really truly mean something like like don't play. I'm really not the type to play. I don't take jokes lightly! Name call, make snide remarks, but do not attempt any type of thread because I don't take things like that likely.
When I was younger, namely in my early 20's I was in more than several dozen street fights and didn't lost many. I don't fight anymore but still have a terrible temper and people like you really get under my skin. If I actually did run into you I'm very confident that unless you truly have skills unlike your knowledge of AS you'd be very embarrassed after our encounter" Laugh if you will, but you'd better believe that my friend. Me calling you friend in this thread is as close as a guy like you would ever get to being friends with someone like me.
Again, go do some reading and educate yourself Billy and your time in the corner isn't up yet! HAHAHA Discussion closed.....
Unfortunately,Thailand is on my agenda tomorrow at 9am so enjoy whatever city you live in and I'll drink a margarita for you and if I find a transvestite that is submissive enough to handle an Authority like you, I'll give her/him your email!
A-thor-it-ee:1)A very knowledgeable person<this is the dictionary definition for a person with average intelligence.
2)A person who knows lots and lots <this definition is for Billy who A)Should still be in wearing his duncecap
duncecap. B) And for people that are below average intelligence.
So Billy what I'm trying to say is that your name is misleading. You can't fool me because I have my scope on you. If you make a mistake, by jove I will call you on it and embarrass you EVERY TIME! You can't outwit another when you can't outwit yourself. I'll have a Pina Colada for you!

I got to hand it to you Mr. Skinny, you fucking crack me up. Your responses just keep getting better and better. You should consider stand-up comedy. I think you're a natural. I went fishing this afternoon and I trolled by your thread. I read it and said to myself, "this looks like a good place to fish". I dropped my line and sure enough, you took the bait hook, line and sinker! Fish on!!! Get the gaff! It's a big one!!!

I've heard of AIDS patients taking steroids to keep from wasting away, back before they had all the things they have now that slow down it's progress.
Dunno if I buy the story but I've heard stranger.

I majored in molecular biology in college years ago and do have a basis grounded in fact for my opinon on the use of AS for AIDS patients. There is no medical evidence that the use of AS prevents AIDS patients from wasting away. In fact, the research that has been done to date contradicts that theory and use the of AS in AIDS treatments has been discarded in its entirety. HGH has been proven to help AIDS patients prolong their life but it's an apples to oranges comparison to AS.

Juice Authority: You are an idiot, and probably lying about the m.bio. degree, or at least one of the dumbest grads in the field.

The evidence is VERY clear that AAS do prevent wasting and increases quality of life for those with HIV/AIDS; whether life expectancy is increased overall is not proven.

Whew, there, my first flame.

just did a quick search at the CDC:
This journal article presents guidelines to assist physicians and patients regarding the use of hormone therapies in the treatment of HIV. The goals of the guidelines are: to prevent HIV-related wasting by administering low-hormone-level tests; to treat low hormone levels or hypogonadism, a precursor to wasting; to successfully treat HIV-associated wasting; and to help HIV-positive persons become longer-term survivors with the highest quality of life. The article explains that wasting syndrome is the second leading HIV/AIDS-related cause of death in the United States and the third leading cause of death in the world. It addresses the correlation between hypogonadism and wasting, prevention, interventional strategies, immune function, quality of life, lean body mass, nutrition, and exercise. The article concludes that hormone therapies, which include anabolic steroids, appear to be the most effective and least expensive therapies for wasting syndrome and calls for further research into their efficacy.

And the JAMA:
Best studied in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)–associated wasting syndromes, loss of lean body mass is a strong predictor of increased mortality.[4] Several studies have shown that when hypogonadism occurs in conjunction with weight loss in patients with HIV infection,[5] treatment with testosterone[6,7] or oxandrolone[8] results in increased lean body mass.

Also:
In addition to thalidomide, testosterone, given by injection or patch, testosterone-like agents, and anabolic steroids are also being widely used for their potential to increase lean muscle mass. Efforts are under way to conduct clinical trials on nandrolone and decadurabolin

And that's about all the time I want to spend on a moron.

Juice authority sounds like a bit ofd a bullshitting twat to me.

On a brighter note the use of AAS to combat wasting diseases is well known, i have read of many successful cases. Also as a by product of doctors research on this trhey found out that testosterone can be immunosupportive!

Juice Authority: You are an idiot, QUOTE]

Where the fuck do you get your information????? Read the following passage below. This was a recent study done by expects in the field of hormone therapy for AIDS patients.

"What is the current opinion on using anabolic steroids in maintaining a healthy state in HIV patients"?

Anabolic steroid use has been well-studied in controlled clinical trials. The best justification for using anabolic steroids would be in someone who is experiencing wasting and has a low testosterone level although that theory has recently been discredited. Opinion is more divided over whether to use it to treat wasting when the testosterone level is normal, but there is no anecdotal evidence that shows wasting can be stopped or reversed with anabolic steroids.

On the other end of the spectrum, there is now extensive use of anabolic steroids for cosmetic reasons (to bulk up). Those who are HIV-positive may say they are using the steroids to "prevent wasting," but that argument doesn't make much sense when they are healthy and have hundreds of T-cells, especially when you consider that many people with HIV infection never experience wasting at all. Anabolics are not without side effects-- they can damage the liver, especially when taken with some of the other medications used to treat HIV infection that also affect the liver. And they may also have neurologic and psychiatric effects, to name a few. I'm not a proponent of anabolic use for verified wasting (though I wish there were more data), but I think people should get their muscles the old-fashioned way.
