Hi great site.. Well here's my ?'s.
1. Ian taking biochem creatine and l-glutamine are those any good? Or should I try something else
2.I want to gain muscle but don't know if I need to be taking some king of protein besides the creatine that I currently take. If so what should it be?
Is it ok to take some kind of cutting supplement with the above stuff?

Some things you should consider taking AFTER you have your diet in order:

Flax seed oil
Supplemental protein (MRP's included)
Multivitamin/antioxidants
Creatine

Creatine should be last on your list, definately after protein and EFA's. First get your diet straightened out, find out what your goals are (lose fat, build muscle). Give us some stats, such as your body composition, weight, etc. We'll work from there. And above all, be specific in the questions you ask and include some details about what your short term and long terms goals are.

Protien, Creatine,Glutaime are the best things you can take. A muti-vitimin is a good thing as well. I don't know about the EFA's. Has anyone gotten good results off them?

Listen to Johnny Iron. Being "huuuuge" is great but don't forget its not such a bad thing to have your health as your first priority. Let's here some stats.

don't waste your money, buy Protein and food and if you want to bulk use juice supplements are shit

We need to know how long you have been training.
and what type of training you do, do you include cardio. and what you want to achive......muscle/strength, just strength, just muscle......lose weight.
we also need to know how many girlfriends you have had........and oh thats not a legitimate question.

Im not yet to make a informed choice on creatine.

Well I been working out for about 2years. Just basic weight training. I do not want to lose weight but do want to gain muscle/strenght. I dont really do any cardio right now anyway.:D

Increase your protein intake each week until you reach a point like 1 gram per POUND of your body weight per day.

Divide the serves of protein into 5-6 meals......about 2 to 3 hours apart.

Creatine is good but not essential.

To loose weight you have to be in deficit of calories......to put on muscle you have to have a surplus of calories.
You cant build muscle and loose fat at the same time.......for some reason when you first start out it is possible......but the longer you go the harder it gets.

The more muscle you get......the "cutter" you look...cause your muscles peak through.

As for protein. i like beef, and chicken. I have protein shakes make of whey protein to boost my daily intake.
