From everthing I've read, yes, that's high. If your goal is to get to the top end of the "normal" range, 100 is good for some people, and more than 200 takes most people above the top end of the scale for testosterone in bloodwork. My doc recently started me on 100, and I've upped it to 200 myself, as I seem to be getting better results. I'd think 400 would be like being on a light steroid cycle (not that there's anything wrong with that). Keep in mind I'm no expert, as I've only been doing this myself for a very short time, but with 400 I think I'd be more concerned about side effects, estrogen conversion, etc.
