Got My Sus 250 today

i got my sus 250 today as recommended by you guys. do i need to take arimadex with it? i will be running 500mg a week on mon and thurs. not sure if i will be able to get hcg. still trying. i plan to run nolva for pct. also, i can only find 1" needles. is that good for glutes? i know i read that 1.5" were preferred, but no store around here sells larger than 1". thanks for ya'll help.

bro your training needs lookin at if you have been training for 10 years and those are your stats! why are you running sustanon if your goals are to lose body fat? just curious
 
nolva is crap pct.

agreed. recovering from 250 mgs EW of test should not be that difficult though.

personally, i wouldn't start my cycle until i had all of my gear, ancillary's, PCT etc. on hand.

i would run something like this:

Sustanon, weeks 1-12 250 mgs EW split up into 2 shots
HCG, weeks 5-12 500 iu every 4 days
post-cycle (protein factory) weeks 13-17 6 caps ED\
PP's sustain alpha weeks 13-17 6 pumps ED

nolva on hand for sides not for PCT

wow this is a mess. you will need a few more things before you start.

first what is your plan. i will asume the gear is to hold mass while cutting? if so plan that out.

you should get 1.5'' pins. they are all over the net and cheap. Products

on cycle you will want to keep adex in case you start to get gyno or any other unbearable estro sides. do not take it unless you need to.

your pct needs help. hcg and pptrs would be the perfect addition to your plan. you can do it without the hcg if you want though.

2 wks after your last inject start the pptrs and nolva at 40mg ed. stop the nolva after 30 days and run the entire trs plus 1 extra bottle of sustain alpha.
 
i'm not just tryin to lose body fat. i'm 5'6 and i weigh 185 lbs with 15% bf right now. for some reason in the winter i get up to 20%. i guess since i work outside and sweat alot my bf drops in the summer. i weighed 150lbs 10 years ago so i think 35 lbs in 10 years is pretty good. i'm not fat by any means. i have never taken anything before besides gnc products. so i think i have done prety well naturally. i want to get to the next level. i workout and train the same as i did when i was in the military. i know i'm not in the same shape as i was back then, but work kids, etc will do that to you. my diet and training are pretty good right now. i want to gain about 10 more lbs of muscle and drop bf to less than 10%. but if i drop body fat and end weighing the same or maybe 190, i would be satisfied. i posted this earlier and needto suggested this cycle. the only differebce is he suggested hcg. i don't know if i will run hcg.

i was asking if i needed arimadex for this cycle to prevent water retention, high blood pressure. i am more worried about that than gyno. i know nolva is for pct, i stated that in my post i plan to take nolva for pct. i did not start taking the sus yet, i know i need a few more things. that was what the post was all about. what else do i need? adex, nolva, 1.5" pins? i have 1" right now and i can go to the store down the road and get adex and nolva in about 10 mins. i was trying to not order pins from internet so i was wondering if the 1" were good enough for glutes. if not i will get some before i start. thanks.

i would do delts with the 1'' pins.
again dont use adex unless you need it, water weight drops fast. cut sodium and drink lots of water to keep water retention down.
i dont think your goals as far as the 10lb muscle and 10+% fat loss are realistic. i would just worry about building muscle on the cycle. eat lots of protein carbs and fat all day long. building and cutting at the same time sucks.
nolvadex alone is a poor pct.

thanks joe d. what would be good to replace nolva for pct? why is 10lbs gained not realistic.

read my other reply about the pct with nolva. i wouldnt replace it just add to it. gaining 10lbs of muscle and going from 20%bf to sub 10% bf at the same time is unrealistic. if you forget about the fat loss for now and just eat like a horse and lift heavy while doing little or no cardio you can easily gain 10 or more pounds.
 
If you're still slammin pizza, burgers, and fries every day you need to get your diet in order before you waste your money on a cycle.

I'm not saying you gotta eat tuna and oatmeal all day but you do need to have a plan otherwise you will just get fatter on that cycle and look like shit.
