As I was saying before when we talked, I think you should focus on cutting up. If you've been training hard for a while and making gains, you should have some decent muscle underneath the surface.
Here's what I think you should do (in order of importance):
1. DIET
Structure your diet for cutting up. Find your maintainence daily caloric intake and eat a tad below that. Do a 50/30/20 split (50% protien, 30% carbs, 20% fat). Design your diet around this and eat clean (chicken, tuna, fish, cottage cheese, steak, oatmeal, natural peanut butter, egg whites, etc.)
2. TRAINING SCHEDULE
Design a personal training schedule. See what works best for you and stick with it.
3. CYCLE
Hit up a cutting cycle after you get your diet and training down. When you begin your cycle, eat a tad above your maintainence cals and be sure your getting atleast 300 grams of protien in per day. Here's an example based on what you have:
EQ-------400mg------weeks 1-10
Test-----500mg------weeks 1-10
Winny---50mg ED---weeks 6-12
(Dbol----30mg ED---weeks 1-5)-----optional
-The Dbol is optional. I would strongly suggest you get some arimidex or liquidex. This will cut down on any bloat you may get from the test and Dbol, and will prevent any est-gyno while on your cycle.
-EQ and test (enanth) can be injected as little as once a week. So you could 1 shot of test on a monday and 1 shot of EQ on thursday. 2 shots a week is nothing. I'm on a cycle, and shooting myself twice a day. And the sad thing is, I enjoy it.
Also, check on your Testenon bottles and tell me what lot# you have. If it is lot#125, you're shit out of luck (don't use it). This will cause you more pain than it's worth. Trust me. You could mix it with your test or EQ to cut down on the pain, but it will still be very inhibiting, and is not fun, especially for a first cycle. The last thing you need is too be afraid of injecting because of the pain when you already have a fear of injecting to begin with.
