Got Gear! Now What?

It's been about 2 months since my initial post where I asked for opinions as to how I should proceed. To recap, I am 6'6" and about 255 (down form 270) with bodyfat in the 20% range, and have been training for about a year and have made substantial gains in strength and solid mass even while eating a less than ideal diet. Some folks said don't start the gear if I'm still making gains. Of those that did suggest starting a cycle, opinions were split as to what I should concentrate on first.... some saying I'm currently a fat ass and need to get lean before anything else.... others saying to concentrate on getting more muscle mass since this is my first cycle and my ability to pack on muscle will never be this great again. I do want to be much leaner and yes I do want to have substantailly more muscle. I decided that I wanted to have anything I might need before starting, so with some help from you guys I have accumulated quite a collection of supplements. I currently have the following items available for immediate consumption and need advice as to what and how much would be appropriate for my stated goals and current condition:

Ttokkyo Norandren 300
Ttokkyo Boldenon 200
Ttokkyo Testenon 250
Reforvit-B liquid dbol 25mg/ml
Thai Dbol tabs
Ttokkyo Stanol-V 100mg/ml
Clomid
Nolvadex
Brovel T-200 enanthate

My biggest phobia is the pinz so anything to minimize the frequency of injections is a definite plus! Speaking of pinz, Two thumbs up for the folks at getpinz.com, I placed an order online and it arrived 2 days later via ExpressMail!

I've been told that I can ingest the Reforvit-B and Stanol-V orally with no considerable loss of effectiveness. Others have told me there is no way they would ever drink these substances. What has your experience been with these items?

2tall....do not send your stuff to boss. Immediately send all gear to me for professional laba analysis. You will then receive all gear as well as a certified ananlysis of exactly what you have.

In all seriousness....20% is kinda high. I would train naturally for now to get your bodyfat down and in a good diet mode. If you don't eat right you'll just be wasting your time and the gear. You've only been training for a year so your genentic potential is still a long ways away.

get lean first you can try a deca whinny cycle deac 300mg a week for 10 weeks and whinny 50mg ed week 7-11 do youe cardio eat clean and workout like a mofo and get the bf down on that cycle for the summer then put a bulking cycle together with the rest for the winter some people get deca dick i do not get the problem but you could throw in some test if you like to combat deca dick.
 
weeks 1-10 400mg/week of Test cypionate
weeks 1-4 25/mg/ed dbol
weeks 8-13 winny 50mg/eod or ed
week 14 start clomid therapy

As I was saying before when we talked, I think you should focus on cutting up. If you've been training hard for a while and making gains, you should have some decent muscle underneath the surface.

Here's what I think you should do (in order of importance):

1. DIET
Structure your diet for cutting up. Find your maintainence daily caloric intake and eat a tad below that. Do a 50/30/20 split (50% protien, 30% carbs, 20% fat). Design your diet around this and eat clean (chicken, tuna, fish, cottage cheese, steak, oatmeal, natural peanut butter, egg whites, etc.)

2. TRAINING SCHEDULE
Design a personal training schedule. See what works best for you and stick with it.

3. CYCLE
Hit up a cutting cycle after you get your diet and training down. When you begin your cycle, eat a tad above your maintainence cals and be sure your getting atleast 300 grams of protien in per day. Here's an example based on what you have:

EQ-------400mg------weeks 1-10
Test-----500mg------weeks 1-10
Winny---50mg ED---weeks 6-12
(Dbol----30mg ED---weeks 1-5)-----optional

-The Dbol is optional. I would strongly suggest you get some arimidex or liquidex. This will cut down on any bloat you may get from the test and Dbol, and will prevent any est-gyno while on your cycle.

-EQ and test (enanth) can be injected as little as once a week. So you could 1 shot of test on a monday and 1 shot of EQ on thursday. 2 shots a week is nothing. I'm on a cycle, and shooting myself twice a day. And the sad thing is, I enjoy it. :)

Also, check on your Testenon bottles and tell me what lot# you have. If it is lot#125, you're shit out of luck (don't use it). This will cause you more pain than it's worth. Trust me. You could mix it with your test or EQ to cut down on the pain, but it will still be very inhibiting, and is not fun, especially for a first cycle. The last thing you need is too be afraid of injecting because of the pain when you already have a fear of injecting to begin with.

I would do it like guards said however I would also run the deca and eq for 10 weeks. YOu might as well run the deca if your gonna be running winny at the end, this will safeguard you against progesterone problems. Do you have any anti e's for the test and dbol though?

20% bf!! Cut out at leat 5%, then we'll talk. Sure you're 255, but with 20% bf, you're 50 lbs lighter! that means you're lugging around 50 lbs of pure pharmecuetical grade blubber!!
