got gear in the mail, then a call from the feds!

i posted this on another forum also.

if this gets edited, i'll understand, cuz i'm not sure what i can say here.
so i get a package sent from a web site that ships domestically. BD stuff, all looks good. placed order, money sent W.U. with my own name. got it in 2 days. 3 days later, the people whose address i shipped it to, with their permission, get a call from a "narcotics agent" wanting to ask questions of the person, who wasn't there at the time of the call. he'll call back. now, have any of youse had this kinda shit happen? i mean, no record of him accepting it, no product around at all anymore, what could the charges be, if the fuckin feds decide to mess with us on this? 3 days later? freakin out here....by the way, this is in ohio.

Did the "fed agent" call back? If he does, tell your friend to ask for his contact information. And try to contact the fed from a secure phone line and find out what the deal is all about. I think this is bullshit. I mean, it's usual to have a follow up call after you get a seizure letter from customs, however this is not the case. My guess is that someone is messing with you. If this "agent" was serious, they should have busted your buddy right there the minute he put his hands on the package, have his house raided and all that.
Just to be safe, clean the house. Get youself a storage room (the smallest available) and stash the gear in there. Don't tell anyone what u did with it. Pay with cash, though.

If this "agent" was serious

A remailer in Ohio was busted not too long ago.

I would not even take the return call. In fact, if they come to the person's home, do not let them in unless they have a warrant.

stand down, gents. it WAS a fucking narc, but he was asking for donations for his anti-drug campaign! what godamm timing! i stashed my shit in 3 different dead drop locations, now i gotta go pick it up. tried today, some suspicious hombre was hanging around. the funniest/scariest thing was my guy did a panic clean-out of his place, and on the way to stash everything at another place, his car almost broke down in the middle of town! some cop would've come along and bam! hooked up on various drug and gun felonies, all cuz of a misinterpreted phone call.
by the way, my apologies to the guy who i might of alluded to, the one who i ordered from. it was excellent service. just really,really bad timing.
