To video my workouts at CFC. I'm going to try to do back tonight... I'm feel a little under the weather... so I'm waiting until later tonight to workout (rather than.. my usual.. well... right now afternoon workout)... I'm going to try to take a nap here... get rested up... and try to get some energy for tonights workout.

Might go pick up a tripod too.

Chicago Fitness Center... nice joint. It's like a hardcore gym, with a 10-20% hardcore population. Well, a 100% hardcore population when it comes to the Shidokhan Karate part of it... but only 10-20% of the members train with alot of intensity... the rest are, of course, yuppies.

Yeah, I've been wanting to get those barbell rows on video for a while now... I hope I can do the weight tonight... I'm a little ill and am feeling under the weather. But I have had some of my best lifts while feeling like this, so I can't tell just yet. :)

Being "under the weather" sounds like a cop out to me. I bet you can't do anywhere near the weight you were yappin' about you wuss. Time to put up bro!

I got the 325 for 2 on the rows... but I could only do 375 for 4 on the deads... I agree... being sick is a cop out. LOL

The small difference in bb row and deadlift poundages almost makes you wonder if your rows resemble power shrugs with a slight lean.
 
Well, if the video proves otherwise and his form resembles a bb row then I'll shut up. I just find it weird that he'd bb row almost as much as deadlift. And yes, I know he probably did deadlifts after the rows.
