hit with a $125 speeding ticket, this is rough when you have no money ! any advice on how to beat it? I plan on contesting it, but what should i say in court to get it thrown out?

You could postpone your court hearing three times, and pray by the third time the cop forgets to show or something. Worked for my cousin a couple times.

wait till the last day possible to send back your ticket and refuse to accept it. this will make the police officer who gave it to you that you are planning on paying it, and give him too little of notice to show up at court. if he does not show up, the ticket is dropped. at least for my friend it has worked 7 times.
i have talked my way out of every ticket, but i'm a girl.
