Got a 585 squat today

Pr's are always nice to brag about, especially when you train in a fruity gym where people look at you with open hostility for disturbing their ab workouts with your silly grunting. 585 was to parallel with a belt..

my ass is going to be gettin too big to fit into my energie jeans at this rate
 
You pulled that off like it was nothin...looks like you could have gotten a couple more reps in there...gj

thanks peeps.. it wasnt that easy, trust me :) Next session I'm going for 4 x 545 for a couple of sets

for anyone interested my leg routine is currently looking like this (I train legs once every 10 days)

Squat - 2 work sets,

pause squats (2 secs in the hole.. these work way better than box squats for me, because I dont squat wide, and use more quads than glutes in my squatting) 1-2 work sets

2 sets calfs & abs.
