So i was wondering if anyone could help me with creating my week split in my circumstances. I have been working out for a couple years seriously now.
However, this summer I am on a summer lacrosse team and have games/practices on tuesday and thursday nights. however, i have about 40 minutes before lacrosse to do a workout.
I was hoping to do a 5 day workout maybe with working muscle groups once a week. I would do more if anyone had any ideas for still being able to rest my muscles. In lacrosse I of course get a decent leg work out as well as a bit of abs, and shoulders.
Any ideas?
