good week so far

I am just really getting back into lifting. Due to work and a couple of other things I had to take about five weeks off. During that time I also got really sick and lost about 15lbs. This is my fourth solid week of training since then and I have managed to gain back a lot of my strength and about eight pounds. So far the week has gone like this.

Monday: Chest

Bench
Warm-up
225x6
315x3
335x2
365x2 (first one was really easy then lost my lock and struggled on the second)
315x6

Incline Dumbell Presses
80x6
110x6
120x4 (would have done more but didn't have a spotter)
65x8

Flyes and rear delts.

Tuesday: Back

Iso rows
100x6

400x6
600x5
800x6
400x8
200x6

Hammer Iso Pulldowns
200x6
400x6
600x6
300x8

One arm bench rows
80x6
170x6
245x6
280x4


All in all pretty happy so far I will see how the rest of the week goes.
