Good size with Test Prop and Winny

I am 6ft and about 215lbs. I am looking to put on and keep some good size. I have used Test Prop and Winny before and have made decent gains. Can any one give me good tips on dosages. I also cant seem to get my chest to grow. I do 2 chest work outs weekly and they are usually great work outs. But for some reason I cant seem to put on any size in my chest. Any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.
 
I am 25 yo and have been training hard for about 4 years now. When I first started I was about 178lbs and I am currently around 215lbs. I have made gains but I am looking to put on some serious size and keep it on. I have done a test/winny cycle but I would like to get some recomended dosages and time periods from some one thats had more success and experience. Any help would be appreciated.

First off with good diet and training you can get good size on any steroid. I have a training program that you would love but its closed right now do to to many people wanting in.

Dosing

1-8 test prop 100mg ed
1-8 winny 50mg ed
8-12 forged post cycle (needtobuildmuscle.com and Sustain Alpha for pct.

Keep adex on hand for sides but likely its not needed

please tell me your chest work out.
 
thanks for the help. i do have a good diet. i know i need to take in more but for the most part its really lean with high protien. i usually do chest twice a week. mondays and fridays. lets say this monday i will do
incline db bench for 5 sets. i warm up with 50s, then 100's for 10, then 115 for about 5 then i go to 125s for 2 sets of 3 or failure. t

hen i will do flat bench which i warm up wtih 185lbs then go up to 225, 275, 295 and then 315. i usually do 315 for 2 sets of 1-3.

then i will do some iso incl machine for 4 sets and then either pec deck or cable cross overs.

Then i will do some abs for monday.

How does this sound?

also can you spell the dosages out a little more for me. I am not that up to date on abbreviations. would it be a wise idea to add in tren?

After you hit that 315 go back down using the same weight a you did going up except try to do more reps with that poundage than you did going up,this will really work the pecs.
DO NOT ADD TREN
Make sure you are consuming one Gram (minimum) of protein for every pound of bodyweight.

A Decent cycle for starters would be
Dianaboil 25mgs for 6 weeks
Test Cyp or Eth 400-500mgs for 10 weeks.

Before even starting have everything on hand Armimdex/PCT

The thing is I have tried a tren and test cycle finishing it off with winny. i have tried test and winny together but i havnt tried deca. i want to put on as much muscle while keeping the wather weight down. i havnt had any issues with gyno either. do you think the deca would be the way to go??

You can run the Deca if you want always keep the dosage lower than the test, for Example

Dbol-25mg 6 wks
Deca-400mgs 10wks
Test-500-600 10 weeks

how will this affect bloating and water retention??
 
I have usually just slowly come off in moderation instead of doing pct. what is the bennefits of a pct? joe d good luck with ur court date...

how is deca and bloating and water weight????
 
you'll be bloated as hell.
500mg's testE with either arimidex or aromasin along with some anavar or winny should do the trick. Tren is great stuff.. but is not for everyone.
 
thanks lartinos. thats the problem i am looking to kill it with out the bloating so i want to see what every one's advise is about a good 12 week cycle? i want to stick with test cyponate and winny and will add what ever any one has for advise. i am still curious about a good pct. i have yet to do one! i just come off moderatly. any ideas??

var instead of dbol and test p instead of e or c would be much better to prevent all the bloat. the idea is to meat your goals with less. why use all the ai's to rid the bloat from dbol and c? you dont need them. just my opinion. any ai's or serms on cycle take away from my gains.
 
EQ doesn't bloat much at all either bro. Test, EQ, and winny is an awesome stack that will make you strong and look great.
Runh the AI like I stated before and watch your sodium intake as well. You'll be happy with the results, just keep the doses in a normal range
and bloating shouldn't be an issue. 250mg's test E or C, 400mg's EQ, and whatever winny dose you like would even work out well. 4-500mg's
of test, 4-600mg's EQ, and whatever you want on the winny with a potent AI will work great.

Water retention with nandrolone is quite frequently noticed. In fact in the past it has often been an excuse for athletes to incorporate nandrolone in their cycles. Nandrolone is reported to increase water in the synovia of joints, and have a lubricating effect offering the bodybuilder a more pain and trouble free workout when lifting very heavily. This practice is of course advised against, as is any of the like, because such properties can mask underlying injuries and leave the athlete with severe damage to his person as the result of his heavy lifting. Water retention is often wrongfully associated with estrogen, quite possibly because it is often seen with aromatizing steroids. However several AAS have more direct effects on water retention, such as agonizing aldosterone, as is the case with nandrolone. The increased activity of aldosterone results in more sodium and conversely more water being retained by the body.

Therefore it is never advisory to treat water retention, if that is the main problem, with an anti-estrogen. That is the Anabolic steroid equivalent of chasing a mosquito with a bazooka. Especially in the case of nandrolone, where irrelevant of how much of water retention is caused by estrogenic effects, and anti-estrogen would serve no purpose at all. A much better approach is to treat it with products specifically designed for the purpose, such as ACE-inhibitors (Captopril, Capoten) or mild diuretics.

Bro,
First off try training your chest once a week
When you go to flat bench do 1 warm up set say 225
then move straight to 315 till failure.
Now here's the trick do not adjust your weight
STAY with the 315 for all your working sets till failure
Ending with 1 set at 225 again till failure more
for adeep stretch and to get the blood in there

I always have had a lagging chest,So wanting
too grow I gave it a try it works!!

Now I agree with radar don't use tren
Run propionate 150mg. Every other day
Run winstrol 50mg. Every other day
Now myself I would also run proviron 25mg.
every day

2grams protein per pound= 430 grams a day

I'm not a believer in short cycles so I would
run for 12 week cycle.

Starting the winny at week 4
 
i will have to try that for chest... what do you think aboult sus instead of test prop or cyp? i am very excited to start my next cycle. i just want to make sure that i get every thing exactly down so that i can get the most out of my money for the cycle.

You will gain great muscle and minimal water retention with the cycle Needto recommended.

That's a nice solid cycle.
 
i appreciate all your guy's imput. i am excited to start my next stack. i will let you know what i end up getting. what do you guys think about sus?
 
I'm almost set on this for my next cycle:
1-12 Test Prop 100mg eod
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg ed
7-14 Anavar 40mg ed
Does anyone think I should add Masteron or Proviron in their?? And why?? Dont know much about it.
