Good reference materials

Ok, I've been poking around the boards for a little while now, and found out, I don't know shit ( I thought I knew a little, but I don't) and frankly the more I read, the less I feel I know. So my question is: What is, in everybody's opinion, the best reference materials available concerning beginner cycles, changes in diet needed, after cycle treatment, AAS profiles and comparisons, and all in an easy to read (ie. layman's)?

After thinking about this for a long time, I am convinced that I am going to do this and that I've pretty much reached my potential as a natural (5 years of hard training and right dieting, 32 yrs old, 5' 9" 185lbs. @ 8 to 10% BF).

Thanks in advance

i bought a copy of anabolics 2002. it seems to cover all the basics. after reading that i still realized there's a lot that is not covered. overall just takes time. get a book such as the afformentioned, read it cover to cover... and then continue to look on here. then take everything as a grain of salt, and share your opinion with others on here. also, take your time.

I just finished reading Steroids 101 by Jeff Summers. I think it is one of the best summary books on the market today. It is not very technical, but it explains drug in fairly detailed manner.
