Tylers seems overpriced, and its really only hyped up on this board, which worries me a little.

During my oral cycle, I took a product called Liver-X and used the max recommended dosage. The ingredients I was interested in were the Milk Thistle (which everyone seems to go for), and the ALA. I bought it at bodybuilding.com and it was not too expensive. You might want to check that out as well.

With that I also took Omega-3's , drank lots of water, and TRIED to stay away from Alcohol.
