Try to have at least 2 solid meals in you before you train...For B-fast I have.
1 cup Oats
6 egg whites, 2 eggs
8 0z OJ
2 Hours before training:
Chicken Breast
I med. yam
1 cup veggies.
30 min. prior to training:
1 medium apple
40 g. whey/casein protein shake
also make sure you're pounding the water all morning!!!
If you do this, you'll have killer energy that lasts through your entire workout. It made the biggest difference in my training. I've gained over 20 pounds in the last 4 months, and I have 8 % BF....
