Good gains from tiny amounts...

Most people on here are relatively experienced users that know how to stack orals and injectibles, and are not afraid to use moderate to large amounts of gear. However, for those that might want to gain just maybe 8-10 solid lbs in 6 weeks and are afraid to inject and/or take too much there is a way....

Some of the guys I coach fit this description and wanted to get just a little beyond prohormones and creatine. I have had them take d-bol at about 20-30 mg each day, but only M-F with weekends off. On Sat. and Sun. I have them increase their overall calories somewhat and load creatine. After six weeks of this I have them use clomid or high dose tribestan for 2-4 weeks while beginning a cycle of creatine.

Results time and time again....8-10 lbs with no rise in bodyfat and they keep it all.

Just thought I'd put this out there for newbies or those very conservative users.
 
it would be better to make that dbol a morning only dose.. that way it is out of the system 8 hours or thereabouts later and so normal test may still be released during the evening/sleep.
 
Man that great I applaude you for being that helpful to your cleints.Hopefully your not charging them out the ass for your advice, but d-ball only I would try and throw in something to sloidify the gains......but hell you said they keep it all...ok:D
 
I believe it is their body and if I can help them from getting misinformation than that is part of my job. If they want to stay natural, thats great too.

As far as the M-F thing, it seems to keep the sides away completely and helps to keep test levels normalized.

Also, I have tried the single dose thing and the every 4 hour thing and the multiple doses have worked better.

There are no scientific studies backing me up, but its been working consistently so I figured I'd share it.
