road kill, sushi,( if you can afford it ) anything with ample calories and protein, ice cream, cooking your foods in bacon fat will do nicely, late night burritoes and tums.
if you want good clean gains stick with VARIATIONS menu, but @ my height i need to get fat as hell to promote good gains. im also very active in my profession and requires alot of extra calories. protien requirements are always first for me though.
Get the protein in (1.5 - 2 grams/lb) and eat whever you want in your first 4 meals then about 6 hours before bed cut out the carns and have good fats with protein...
