good first cycle?

This is just a template, so don't think I'm stupid or anything lol I'm jw if this looks good the way it is or if I should change it, if so how.

Danabol 10 (Methandienone) ONLY. Might sound dumb to do a dbol only cycle but again it is just my first so no need to get too complicaed right?

Wk1: 20mg/day
Wk2: 30mg/day
Wk3,4,5,6: 40mg/day... maybe 50mg day for weeks 4&5?
Wk7: 30mg/day
Wk8: 20mg/day, Aromadex (exemestane) 25mg/day
Wk9-10: Aromadex 25mg/day
 
6 weeks only and you need better PCT. Also some on-cycle support at the very least. You should look on here for others that have done Dbol only runs.
 
Just don't confuse "too complicated" with "half ass"

I would do halodrol rather than dbol for a first cycle

The typical recommended dosing scheme on this site is 75/75/75/75/100/100

However in my opinion you will feel it at 50 so this is my recommendation

1-3 50mg halodrol
4-6 75mg halodrol
1-10 formastanzol
7-10 torem dosed 120/90/60/30
7-10 post cycle unleashed combo
7-10 3g d-aspartic acid per day
7-15 15mg ostarine upon waking
16-19 recycle by purus labs (mini pct for ostarine)

That's my recommendation
 
oh and I'm 5'8" 160lbs 40yrs and been training on and off since high school. Recently I've been lifting heavy 5 days a week for about 2 years now. Very clean diet about 3000cal/day
