Good cutting cycle

I'm 5'11" at 190 age 32. I've been working out 3 times a week and running 2 times a week at least a mile each time. I want to get shredded faster. I'm eating correctly as I can but need some help. I was thinking oral only but if someone thinks injectabes are definitely better I will.go that route. I'm just hoping its not something that needs to be injected every day. Maybe two times a week.
 
we need more info... body fat, training history, exact goals... do you want size, strength, weight loss, etc... have you ran any sort of cycle before?
 
Bf is 13% I took a small 8 week cycle about 13 years ago. It was var only for strength gains. I want to replace about 10 pounds of fat with muscle. I've been working out about 3 months now. Prior to this stretch I just played softball 2 times a week to stay in shape.
 
You first cycle, "real" cycle I mean, should be 500mg of test-c or test-e per week for 10 or 12 weeks. Not a cutting cycle, but it's a good starting point and if you cut or bulk will depend on your diet. Don't forget your ancillaries and PCT, of course.
 
3 months is not long enough to use steroids, wait about 3 years of hard training. I recommend going the supplement route. N2slin and n2burn will lean you up nicely with a good diet.

I have actually never tried the need2slin (yet) or the n2burn but i will say that a guy i work out with is on both off those and his energy levels are way up allowing him a longer work out time and is having excellent results getting in shape before his cycle.
 
3 months of working out and wanting to use steroids. You should keep working out consistently for a few more years naturally, setting goals to hit along the way...and earn it. Then think about AAS. What you want to do could be done naturally. You just don't want to put in the time and work it seems. Pretty common these days.

You can't replace muscle with fat.....what's a typical day's diet look like?
