I'm 5'11" at 190 age 32. I've been working out 3 times a week and running 2 times a week at least a mile each time. I want to get shredded faster. I'm eating correctly as I can but need some help. I was thinking oral only but if someone thinks injectabes are definitely better I will.go that route. I'm just hoping its not something that needs to be injected every day. Maybe two times a week.
