Can you give a typical day's protocol, like this:

8am this
10am this

Etc.

6 am Monday, wed, friday 1 hr run, skip the run sometimes
8 am egg sandwhich and orange juice
12 pm protein bar
5 pm pasta and salad
7 pm upper body
10 pm sleep
Tuesday and Thursday lower body no running
Normally eat out for real these days and weekend
 
I think that you can do better with the diet . I personally would cut out the OJ and bread and the evening pasta. I would add in more meals , do away with the protein bars (to much sugar and processed foods), and I would increase my proteins dramatically. Here is how I like to eat.

5:00 am weight training/ cardio
7:00 am protein shake ( low carb whey)
8:00 am 7 egg whites one whole egg omelette plain.
10:00 am chicken breast
12:00 tuna and greens
2:00 pm cottage cheese (1 cup)
4:00 pm almonds
6:00 pm salmon and green veggie
8:00 pm low carb protein pudding ( with almond milk)
9:30 Cottage cheese 1 cup.
