Good cycle for newbie

I think the best, safest cycle a newbie can take is the famopus Deca/Winny combo.
Very little sides and good solid gains.
Not evereyone can tolerate Test in a 1st cycle, but should use it thereafter, once they get familiar hpw their body reacts/responds

wait about a year or two. i wish i had at that age.
but if you have to, i did winny 50mg eod alone for 6 weeks (age 20) and had great results. did not gain much muscle, but with the hard training, cardio, diet, i was hard as a rock

the size will come theres no doubt and I dont mind it but I dont wanna blow up and than lose all the stregth etc

just some keepable stregth/size gains would be nice

something that I can take with a low carb diet on to get shreded etc

p.s.s any side effects I should be expecting from a cycle like that? hair loss, my nuts and my liver


that's true, if you put on 30 lbs over night you would not be able to adjust to that right away but, if you are training like you normally would (basketball drills) plus working out the gains will be steady and you will be ok with the weight you put on. the weight you will gain is going to be muscle, which will only support your athletic goals, not hinder them. with test, there is a chance of hair loss bc it increases DHT.
if you are worried about side effects and gaining to much mass. try
wks 1-10 deca 300mg every week
wks 6-10 winny 50mg ed (every day)

lean muscle gains, few side effects and should keep most of your gains
 
To be honest you should be able to get the results you're looking for with the right workout. Check out CoolColJ over on the training board. He made some impressive transformations naturally with just his training...lots of explosive type lifts and oly stuff. At 19 and 6'5" 220 you should have plenty of natural potential.

either way, winny and deca sounds good to me as long as theres not that many side effects

im assumming i need a pct for this right?
 
Ditto Jobu. I think you need to learn how to train and eat right, otherwise gear won't do a whole lot for you anyway.
 
my 2nd cycle was,
1-8 deca 300mg X w
3-8 winnydepot 100mg 1cc 3 X week
nolvadex 20mg ed

good diet, not bulking, gained 15lbs and mantained 12 or so and got very strong, its one year later, kept training and good diet, and still weigh the same and i think i've got a little stronger.

yea thats pretty much my goal

I could care less about the size just need strength


diet and training is both in check, especially training...

other than that I got about till august to reach my goals and I dont think its gonna be possible doing it all natural..

if I had 10 years and nothing to give a fuck I obviusly wouldnt even think about steroids but like I said, next season is my last one at a juco level bball so I wanna make the best of it
