Hello all.I am still a newbie to most,butI will give this a try.I am currently 28y/o, 6'2 ,320lbs, and am 28%bf. In the morning I will start my new cutting diet,and training. I plan on lowering my carbs to around 40% at first,and go down from there. I am new to the world of powerlifting,and many will say why cut up? Well my reply is: I have been fat all of my life from a bout with bone cancer.I survived the cancer(17 years now),and would like to look good for once in my life. I know powerlifters shouldn't care alot about how they look,as long as they lift good. I want to be the exception to the rule. So stay tuned this same bat channel,and hopefully less fat will be on board.
