lol @ the fur fixation. It's not that bad in person and my wife gets really scruffed when I'm completely shaven.

lol I still have it. Both pics, the gut pic AND the above pics are just camera and lighting, angle of pose.... Sure there's a little change, but not much.

Having said that, I did clean up my diet and started working out again. lol I took about 6 months off when I had the gut pics taken. I've worked out a solid 2-3 months out of the last 12. I just started back up again on August 1st, going pretty good, then I busted my ankle 2 days ago... ER visit, not putting weight on it. Who knows what's next.

Anyway, just eating good food and adjusting carbs as needed. Chicken, fish, steak wheat pasta/bread, brown rice, oatmeal. That's all I eat.

lol I do not have much hair on top, but it's certainly not a mohawk. I was wearing a hat (all day) before the "mohawk" pic and took it off just for the pic, which resulted in the mohawk look.
