First shot a couple minutes ago, Just running Test E 500 mg/week for 10 wks and thats it. No orals this time, maybe next pending how this works out! Think I have pretty much everything on hand and good to go here, Milk Thistle/Saw Palmetto Extract/Megadoses of Panthotenic Acid (Im very prone to acne)/Liquidex/Clomid and HCG all on deck... I am about 5'9" 182 about 11% BF right now, lookin forward to seeing how this goes. No pain on the inject btw, just a little pinch and a deep breath heh.

On a sidenote, I had some issues flicking out the air bubbles, Is there any trite and true technique to gettin them out?

As long as you dont have like 2 mls of air you are fine. I always just leave the little air bubbles.

Only my opinion ....
Please consider before and after blood test. Maybe you have an old one already.

Look at liver , of course. And testo/free testo levels/DHT and cholesterol. Health plan covers this for free.

Blood pressure every day. (It should jump 10-20 pts and hold.) Breath slowly and think happy thoughts so it doesn't jump due to stress.

Don't want to see anything bad happen to ya and it is very informative to see what changes.

Every second that you have to take a break. USE A HEATING PAD! This has made my injections nearly painless. My first thigh injection killed me. My leg would seize up when I tried to do any leg work. My 2nd thigh injection (on other side) I can barely feel due to the heating pad.

Heat and massage.... and a blow job if you can get it.

If your hand was a little unsteady during injection, this can cause a little bit of pain due to the fact that you moved the needle around and put a few extra slices in your muscle. It's hard to keep a steady hand sometimes, but if you do...the next day will be a whole lot easier.

I say this because I'm 4 shots into my first cycle...the last one was on Wednesday and my hand was as steady as a rock when I jabbed. I felt little in the way of soreness the next day.
