Guys i've had it with unreliable training partners. If they don't move away, get distracted while in the gym or skip a session for a "Date" they just plain suck and i'm sick of it.

Does anyone here that is actually serious and happens to work out at the atlanta area Gold's let me know. I'm not huge, but i've lurked here for years and trained for 2-3yrs. I'm sick of machines \ smith stuff to supplement a lousy training partner who didn't show up. It really sucks losing ground over someone else doesn't it?

Anyway enough whining like a little schoolgirl, and please no flaming me, if I knew of a decent bro to train with, do you think i'd be asking here?

I had the same problem. Just do squats, deads, dips, pullups and overhead lifts as these do not need a spot. Supplement with 5-10 rep bench press once a week. Your numbers will go up.
 
Ive only had a training partner for a short period of time. Otherwise Im fine on my own. I do all the compound lifts as heavy as I can and I always seem to get them maybe its because my mind knows nobody is there to help. But if I think I might possibly fail on bench Ill try to find someone in the gym, otherwise it shouldnt stop you from making gains.
