hi there guys im starting tomorrow
here's my current stats
20years old
225lbs
13%BF
5"11
goals to be around 240lbs, with about 10% or lower, in reality i want larger muscle bellies
will be running week 1-10 test about 300-400mgs per week(havnt decided)
week 4-10 winny 50mgs ed
arimides 0.25 2x week
diet will be about 450-550g protein per day (i know its a bit too much but i feel bigger and better that way), 50g fat, 320g carbs,
