hi there guys im starting tomorrow
here's my current stats

20years old
225lbs
13%BF
5"11

goals to be around 240lbs, with about 10% or lower, in reality i want larger muscle bellies
will be running week 1-10 test about 300-400mgs per week(havnt decided)
week 4-10 winny 50mgs ed
arimides 0.25 2x week

diet will be about 450-550g protein per day (i know its a bit too much but i feel bigger and better that way), 50g fat, 320g carbs,

today had a bomb as workout

did chest and tri by accident,

-omega can you rewrite the 2 week sequence for me as i did chest and tri today

incline press. my weight in kg

front military with smith machine ( i did 5 sets forgot that it was six

still got a few more meals to go, diet is spot on so far

also omega.. if we feel like we can can we do 10min cardio after leg/abs day or do you prefer not too

no just follow the sequence:)

The only IMPORTANT thing is that you force your self to take 2 days OFF every week with NO ACTIVITY.

what a workout today, i have to say omega your theorys are amazing, i walked out of gym today wih the massive "V"shape lol, my forearms were on fire


weights are in kg first number rep second weight
hammer strenght rows, 1) 25x10 2) 15x20 3) 10x25 4) 7x30 then drop to 5x20
shrugs 1)25x12.5 2) 15x15 3)10x17.5 4) 7x20 drop to 5x15

finished with 10min treadmill

question omega 320carbs is that enough,

tomorw is legs/abs for me, also omega can i throw in one serratus magnus exercise tomorrow

diet is spot on today also

sorry guys i could not log yesterday but yesterday was legs/abs holy Sh*** talk about a burning sensation , imy legs were wobbling on womens weights lol

after the abs my abs were so pumped ,, it was painfull but awesome

Awesome :) keep up the form and just plowing through with hard work

omega: i dont feel like i benfit from the crambered bar, im use to the barbell alot i have never had results from the ez bar, should i just stick to the ez crampered bar or change cause i really like the barbell it pumps me up BIG time

go with the barbell then

I used to use it, but as poundages increase ( yes even with our great form :) ) it just gets to be a bit much over load on the wrist complex and Tendon

for the Reverse Curls USE the ez bar Please as the way it bends assures PERFECT form
 
ill give you an update on weight on monday, feeling tighter though and,

also omega when shall the test cyp kick in im nearly come to the first weeks end, i still dont have that "on" feeling im guessing week 3-5 it should start puttin on slabs

being "on" with these workouts is sick. the pumps from those 25 rep sets is incredible.

i started the cycle in my sig. about 2.5 weeks ago. i was about 184 lbs @ 15-16% BF. i am about 190 lbs currently. not sure on the BF but i feel like i look leaner.

its nice to see a "normal" cycle (dosages AND compounds). IMO, the intensity of this program doesn't warrant high dosages. good luck

I think because resent today it should take 7-10 days but its Xmas too:(

so if it up to 15-17 days just take it for the team lol:)

please LOG KEY lifts at least 3 times a week here, its imperative for me to look over for level 2,3 which is tailor made FOR YOU

level one offers a base line for us all
