Going to start DNP....can you guys help

Days 1-7 200mg of powdered DNP
Days 8-14 300mg of powdered DNP

Supplements for the liver:

Milk thistle
Cod liver oil
cranberry juice

Will be eating 3200 callories which consists of pleanty of fruit. 350 grams of carbs, 250 grams of protein, 40 grams of fat. I am 238 pounds at 17% bf at 6 foot tall. Looking to lose 10-12 pounds of fat
 
you probably wont be feeling much on powder DNP at almost 240 lbs and only 200mg/day, but start out with that, especially if it's your first time, to make sure you dont have a bad reaction...

have you done a lot of research into DNP?

YUM,

This is my first time with DNP, so im going to start out with that dosage for 7 days. Just to make sure I dont get an allergic reaction. Do you think a 10 pounds loss is realistic at that dosage??

At your weight, if you DONT have a bad reaction to it and can continue to take it i dont think you will lose that much on 200mg/day, it's negligeable whether you will even feel it at all... 4-10mg per kg of bodyweight is reccommended for powdered DNP, that would put your low end "recommended" dosage at about 430mg/day... So I would see if your body will allow you to continue usage of DNP and then bump it to at least 400mg/day... I honestly don't think you will feel much of anything on powder DNP at 200mg/day.

how much water retention do you normally get when you run it at 400mgs?? is the water retention with DNP simmilar to that of test??
 
I didn't notice too much water retention, so i cant really say.... I mean I know it was there, but it wasn't like what you might get from test... And I was on 600mg/day, and my source TOLD me it was crystal DNP, but I don't think it was because I couldn't feel shit for the first week and i bumped it up to 400 on the fourth day, so.. yeah... Anyway... good luck bro.

whats the purpose of thos supplements, you should be running anti-oxidants, magnesium, glycerol and pyruvate, not milk thistle, cranbery juice and cod liver oil. The dosing is a bit too low

bro,

I cant get my hands on ALA, so mlkthistle and cod liver oil is the best I can get for the liver. Ill be using the other anti-oxidants you mentioned also

i think that your calories might be alittle high as well bro...i would always make the mistake of eating maintenance calories while on dnp and i would hardly loose that much fat...but this last time i ran a 3 day dnp cycle and i cut my calories back during those 3 days quite a bit and when i was done i found that i lost more fat than i had the other times that i would do dnp. Just my 2 cents bro.

Also is muscle loss much of a problem for you when you use DNP?? and is the anabolic rebound effect really that good??

I think 3200 callories is as low as im going, that is probally 300 callories below maintenance for me

I didn't have much of a muscle loss to speak of but I did lose a lot of strength while on... I regained it after, but it took about 2-3 weeks to get back...

Hey I got my ALA from WALGREENS!! I had to look really close and hard in the vitamin section- but they have it............
 
Yes, milk thistle is important but anti-oxidants are ESSENTIAL..... you will be releasing a shit load of free radicals with DNP.

Actually for some reason I always thought you were clean.
 
Oh yeah, I believe the anabolic 'rebound' effect is down to the fact that in someway DNP cleans receptors. I am not sure how.

Muscle loss should not be too much of a problem.
