going to doctor about gyno

im goin to the doctor about some gyno issues, i thought it had cleared up but i guess i was wrong they are starting to itch and some times sting, there is no lump though. i was planing on just telling the doctor that my niples hurt when i play sports or something, and if he ask im just gona say i ran a test booster. will he know im lying if i do that? or can i just go in for a physical and ask for bloodwork? and what do most doctors usually do about it? like do they prescribe something or immidietly recomend surgery?

well there was a lump but it went away, but just want to get rid of it completely because im goning to be joining the military, and i dont want this to be an issue.

It wont be and if the lump went away then there isn't anything to remove. If you can run/jump/squat and sign your name you'll get in depending on the branch you may need to be able to count and add. When you sign papers you never did drugs.

yesterday i felt like my nips were stinging like a mofo,today they feel fine. maybe its in my head?

FUCK man,i thought my gyno was clearing up because i havent felt a lump, and i havent felt any itchy or sting when my shirt rubs up on em, but today i kinda squeezed my nip and there was some discharge, what kind of doctor should i go to for this? i cant imagine a family practice would be that helpfull.
