Hi all.

late 30's
5'7", 138 lbs
body fat- low
diet- as clean as you can be in asia- harder than it sounds

My experience: I started running deca and sustanon under a drs supervision a few yrs ago when i lost a lot of weight after a botched operation. being a hard gaining, natural ectomorph i really liked the results, and have run two or three cycles per year for about three years. I'm more martial artist than bodybuilder so i kept dosages mimimal and cycles short for a great, lean sculpted look that i found easy to maintain.

Then i got dengue fever (i live in se asia) last month, and lost 12 or so lbs to fever and bed rest. I want my shape back. I've done serious homework, but- not gonna lie-that confuses the issue after a point, as everyone has a slightly different opinion on everything- esp tren hex, which intimidates a little so i want to keep it low- the co. website recommends a 1amp/ wk inj and i dont dig being too much of a pincushion anyway.

I know I'm not greatly experienced here, so my impulse is to go light, and i'm asking for advice, suggestions, etc.

here's my thoughts:

[FONT=&quot]wk 2-10 Tren hex- Parabolin (76.5 mg, 1 per/ wk[/FONT])


I have danabol i can kickstart with, but if it isnt necessary i might leave it out.
I have nolvadex for pct or as needed. clomid seems unknown here. asia is weird that way- this cycle is what i can find, not what i ideally want.


any help is appreciated.

Man... I really hope somebody can chime in here and help you out because you need a lot of help. Bad.

Please don't start this cycle until people reply here with better information than I can give you.

Your pct is horrible. Nolva is terrible. You need a lot of things for pct... Serms, AI, hcg, natty test boosters, prolactin antagonizers (if you run Tren or deca, which I really hope you don't).

At 138lbs you can definitely get your weight up naturally... That just shows that you have no diet plan and you don't eat anywhere near that amount you need and/or you don't know how to work out.

Steroids will do nothing for you if you don't eat... Eating big makes you big, not steroids.

If you run this cycle and only use Nolva for pct, you will lose all of your gains and potentially fuck up your body big time.

Make sure u run ur test atleast two weeks longer then ur tren it will help with recovery,
Nolva is not good with tren
Run hcg starting week 3 and into pct
And run clomid and a natural test booster for pct

As stated above u should get some ai to cover your prolactin issues from the tren,

dude you are 138 lbs, you are a stick...are you seriously juicing? you can put on so much muscle naturally...I was a hard gainer and I didnt juice before i was 180 lbs naturally..
 
How do you need our input if you've ran a few cycles before, one of them being under doctor supervision. Shouldn't you know how to run something like this already?

What is your goal Bro; to put on weight? With your stats, all you need is food.

Steroids won't help you as much as you think right now. Eat eat eat.

If you're gonna run test, try it at 250mg for 10 weeks. Run it by itself.

You will need an AI. I don't know what you can get out there. I doubt that you can get any supps sold here so clomid and HCG. If you can't get what you will need to recover, don't do it. You will be in a worse spot.

I don't think it matters that he's a in martial arts. Skinny is skinny. Test cyp, tren, dbol, sounds like he trying to bulk up to me. We all know u need a solid base to get the best outta ur cycle. Especially a cycle like that. Eat, eat, and lift heavy.
 
Listen to Alcatraz's advice. No need for sauce to get to 150. If so there's something lacking w/ the training/diet department.
