ok so i was soooooo good on this plan-of-attack diet for a whole week and a day!!!! but then for some reason i just lost it.....
i am going to try to pick it up for the rest of the day and continue tomorrow and on and on and on but i was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to do this???????

how much desire do you have to look good? dieting is not easy, it takes alot of willpower. i know i'm not happy when i'm fat so that motivates me
 
Try to focus on something else....where did you fall off? Is it a particular craving? Sometimes the foods you crave can be substituted with other foods or activities.
 
Go to a run down department store and stand infront of the dressing room mirror buck naked.

Make sure the lighting is really bad - really green and florescent.

Now take a good long hard look at yourself, turn around - look over your shoulder - check out your back, waist, legs and butt.

Now squeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzz your butt.

Now how does that all look?

Happy now?

If that doesn't give one motivation....



Don't worry darlin' you fall over that diet train you just forgive yourself and start again. Dieting is hell and believe me - many share your pain.

binges are psychological and its a science. if u are on a keto diet or carb restricted diet u will want carbs if u ate nothing but carbs u would want fat. we are humans and are smart enough to know this. feed your body its cravings just do it strategically, that way u wont crave. easy way to avoid carb cravings is to have a good pre werkout meal with what u want that way you will fill up glycogen and wont gain fat. its all a science learn your how yer mind body and soul werks identify the problems and correct them.
