i spilled water on my brand new microsoft ergonomic keyboard that i just fucking opened today and now my shit won't work if i press the fucking shift keys.. nothing.. can't type caps or anything. well, actually i can if i hit capslock but i can't type anything else that requires shift key.



any one good with hardware and know how to fix it.



by the way.. i'm back. any body miss me

Consider yourself lucky.
I spilt grapefruit juice on mine and the a, q, s, d, and f keys were screwed.

Try taking the cover off and cleaning that rubber pad inside it. Use windex and blow dry it to make sure it is dry.

well the left shift key dried out enough that it works now... so that's cool.

the god damn right one still don't work. fucker.

i was computerless for a week as i packed my shit and drove cross-country.

but i'm back and i'm bored. no job. no school yet.
