Goal #1 is done :) Squats

Squats- 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 3
warmups felt great. form was tight...everything went up easier than usual
threw the suit bottoms on
275 x 2, 315 x 1, 345 x 1
each one got closer and closer to parallel
straps up, wraps on
375 x 1 easy... but 1/2 an inch above USAPL depth
405 x 1 sunk it, but almost fell out of my groove at the bottom. but i recovered and made it.

best squat before this was like 355 x 2.,.. so pretty much a 50 lb PR
