Today is usaully the first day of all of our work weeks and as far as training goes it is the first day of my 5 day routine.
I just wanted to encourage everyone on this board to really give it hell this week. Train harder and train with more intensity this week than you have all month. Push yourselves and do the things that you didn't think that you could. Weight training is a solo endevour so if you cheat then you cheat yourself. Don't cheat yourself tell your training partner to keep you pushing this week and lets all add a few pounds (or loose a few pounds)

I hear that. Its time to put it all together and put ourselves on display at the beach and BBQ's. Its what we work so hard for!
 
I'm working on turning white at the moment (currently I'm transparent). Once I turn white, I'll work on red, then I'll work on orange, etc etc... :)
 
Word up 230, thanks for the motivation.
 
I hear ya i am 3 weeks in on my diet, and one week on my var and i am KILLING IT in the gym.

I am really feeling great, i know I am giving 110% in and out of the gym I cant ask for anything more.

Pool is opening June 22 LOOK OUT!

Hell ya bro I'm in on it. I am in week 3 of my Sustanon/winny cycle. I am already up ten pounds and strenght is amazing. I can't wait till week 8 to add the winny, but yeah I will go super heavy this week and go crazy in the gym. I am already doing this, but I will add ten more pounds to what I think I can do. If you guys don't hear from me this week it means I am dead in the gym. :)
 
I was shoulder pressing two 100 pound dumb-bells today. Anyhow, did 5 reps the first time. Couldn't get started on the second one so I asked a guy for help. You know how some people have "he even looks like a friendly guy - definitely good for a spot" written all over them? Well, asked this guy for help and he roared me on to a mighty 12 reps with no assistance except the last one. He roared "C'MON - YOUR ONLY WARMING UP - THERE'S LOADS MORE". He was right! Never did that many reps at 100pounds before but man I felt good after. But also made me ask if I am really pushing myself to the limit like he made me do? This week I will.......
 
10:15 got to the gym at 7:30.
15 Minutes of stairmaster busting a good speed.
Chest like a motherfunker (Did pushups on a ball actually two balls side by side- Try that someday) Flat / dips / Incline / decline /
Finished up with 3 mile run walked back in the gym the manager called me a pussie and said I didn't have it in me to hit arms for 45 minutes. (he knows whats up and he has certainly noticed the "results")
I took his bet and did rep exercises for what seemed like forever.
I figured I needed to practice what I was preaching !!
