Glute shots suck, how bad are quads?

Well topics says it all really. I hate doing glutes just a pain in the ass (literllay lol). Quads seem easy since they are right in front of you and you dont need to be a contortionist to hit them. they hurt bad?
 
I much prefer glutes to anything else but second to them is quads. I rarely have too much discomfort when pinning quads excepting on winstrol. For whatever reason I can only do winny in my glutes.

j/k... i used to do glutes and then went to quads... I like quads better although glutes weren't that bad either...

anyway, if fairly lean (which your avatar suggests), use 1" 25g...

sit down and totally relax your quad... pin the outter mid section. flex first and you should see the best place to pin (then of course totally relax before pinning). I started using an insulin pin first and then went onto use a 1" after I felt comfortable with the insulin pin...

the insulin pin can be back-filled by removing the plunger... takes a while to inject through tiny pin though... make v with fingers... press down on muscle really hard to get as deep into the muscle as possible... then inject between fingers...
 
u know it. ive just hit bi's for the first time last wk, and damn they are swolen! my arms look huuuugeeee. looks like like i put 1.5" on em!
 
Never had any issues with quads but have always had pretty big legs so I guess that helps some.
 
Quads suck for me. I nearly jump out of the chair every time I try. I stick my glutes as much as possible. Once they start to bruise and get too sore I switch. Otherwise it's glutes all the way!!
 
Love hitting quads. Huge muscle and lots of space to find the right spot.
Find very little pain from pinning there.
second favorite is pecs.

glutes to me are literally painless,even for a first time injection which can't be said about any other muscle group......imo.quads are going to hurt and swell the first few times,but that's nothing compared to a bicep,tricep,calf or traps injections.....which admittedly are painful as a motherfucker the first few times......but with each successful pinning just like anything else becomes easier.
 
glutes is the LEAST painless shot... so unless you have to give yourself, like 6 injections for your weekly cycle....which of course means you'd have to "spread the love"....use your brain...and your ASS! You'll be much happier and in much less pain...
 
Its not that im bitching about the pain of the gear its just i fucking shake around like im trying to shoot while off-roading because of the awkward position. I'm not putting 2ml in my delts just yet so quads are looking like a good option right now. I just bought a shit load of 23g 1" pins so thats what im using now and im glad i did because its hard enough to get the sust and eq through those fuckers cant imagine through a 25g! Although my cyp went thru 25's real easy i guess sus and eq are just thicker.
 
for me glutes are the only thing that dont hurt bad.... i hit them as often as possible. quad=cant walk for days

delts= cant move my arm
 
Do you guys reccomend the middle outer part of the bigger chunk of your quad or the sweep near your knee cap as mine pretty big.
 
Quads are easy. Little pain immediately but sore like a really good workout or a bit worse afterwards. Goes away after 3 days.

I want to try Sustanon to see what all the pain talk is about. Enan is easy.

I usually use higher part of quad right in front or to the outside sweep of the quad. Pinning near the knee cap will probably hurt like a bastard that's a pretty sensitive area.

Score ourself a bottle of british dragon prop if you really wanna "feel the pain"
 
For me, quads > delts > glutes. However I always rotate to keep from building up IM scar tissue.

I did a bicep shot once and doubt I'll ever do another one. Fucker got all red, felt like it was on fire for two days.

I use 23g.
 
Well shot went pretty well, much easier to do. Kinda hurt going in and got a muscle twitch so i musta came near a nerve but it was good, just starting to hurt now hopefully i t wont effect sqauts tomorrow.

Good to hear see how it feels tomorrow , i did like the quads but after a bad infection im still to nervi ,so next to glutes its delts then quads .

I tried quads twice last cycle and couldn't walk right for 2 days. I have never had pain/soreness in any other location. I want to rotate a new site in to avoid scar tissue, but I've been a bitch about trying quads again.

Are you saying that after the first few quad shots the soreness will be less? I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs for work (no elevator) ED and can't have that type of soreness all the time.

Delts are my favorite but get sore. Glutes are by far the best for me. U need to find a good woman to hit you up. Quads are the worst IMO, most painfull by far. There is also a shit ton of nerves, I always would hit those little fuckers.
 
Well my legs a little sore today, nothing some advil cant take care of but much less pain then with my fecking glutes.
 
I found that the glutes are the best for me. Secon to that is the outer tigh. What I insert the needle slowly. First I pinch the skin. Once I am thru the ephidermis, I go slowly in... very slowly... The worst places for me are the calf and the inner tigh.

Some people prefer to "dart". On me, is causes more pain, swelling, inner trauma. I also feel that is more dangeours...since you can not get the "feel" as the niddle goes in (wich in reality is there is no feeling as it goes in, unless you are close by a nerve).
 
yeah i had to go nice and slow as it hurt the faster i went. Just pushed it in nice and slow and it went well.
