OTHER advantage of Quads over glutes: You can see the veins. Though, there are less veins in the glutes I guess. I've done all sorts of muscle groups, probably out of boredom as well, including calves (not that bad if you are careful), bis, tris, pecs, lats, and delts. Least favourite is delts, gets sore every time. Bis work remarkably well, as do tris. Anything butt (ha ha) glutes.djgaler said:yep, it was bent at a 90
