Glute injection tips.

Hello all, (Stats : 23yo, 5'10", 195 lb, 3 cycles)

I've got a question about glute injections. Does anyone else get pain and swelling in their lower back after glute injections?

I'm currently doing a cycle and because i'm injecting 2ml, thought it best to inject in the glute, not the quad. But i get immense pain and some swelling in my lower back just above where my buttocks start

Has anyone else experienced this? Am i injecting wrong, never done glute injections before, always hit my quad or delt, so that is a possibility.

I actually got the exact same thing after injecting primo in my glute. Had intense pain for 7-10 days. I felt nothing after my test/mast shots but the primo fucked me up so now I shot in the quads only, which I never thought I'd do before but I haven't gotten the same kind of pain since. I also prefer quads now cuz u have better accessability to aspirate and just overall reach which got harder in the glutes as my lats grew. Stick to the quads bro!

I never had this issue but its been a while since I could reach that site To pin. I stick to delts and quads.
