Glutamine effect after workouts.....

Rio and Nelson

I respectfully disagree

aslo Nelson I think your experience as most of ours here was limited to just L-GLUTAMINE the sythetic mono peptide form that is extremley unstable

Glutamine Peptides are the way glutamine was suppost to be taken all along...

stable, bioavailable, and potent

give it a shot you will be as surprised as I was........

Yeah, yeah. And Androsteine didn't work because it needed cyclodextrins. And HMB didn't work unless you took it for 6 weeks. And Methoxy didn't work because one molecule was out of whack but now they got it right. And Gamma Orzanol didn't work until they added micro-ecapsulated peptide ions to the formula.

All bullshit to get you to buy more.

Glutamine does nothing. Accept it.

I like Glutamine for what it is. Its not a magic supplement, just a very good one. I get 5 grams in my isopure clear whey so its practically free. I believe it helps me recover, as I seem to recover more quickly when I take it.

Hi Nelson although I don't know you at all, I can't deny that you have alot of knowledge at your finger tips.

but but before you go on discounting a product en' total
you may want to try it....

what we have is a potent adjuct to our nutrition and goals in what we all are trying to do here

and Glutamine Peptides are a tool and aid

straight up....no apologies.....its potent.....and......it works

thanks

I agree. Few things are black and white and many conclusions are not scientifically drawn, so I dont believe in absolutes such as "glutamine can not work!". Well my evidence for it "working" is at least as good if not better than the empirical evidence against it. I like glutamine better than creatine, it works that well for me. I believe it helps my recovery a lot.

I could not agree with you any more.

things are not back and white especially when dealing with the variables associated with each individual.

however

I am confidant there will be a dissproportionate amount of those who try Glutamine Peptides that will be happy with the results.

just make sure you mix it with something flavored because by itself it tastes earthy............all you need is one big table spoon twice daily added to your protien drink.

Where normal glutamine may or may not have had benifits
GPENISH GLUTAMINE PEPTIDES DOES have benifits............

your body and increasee energy levels will tell you so........

again its not a miracle, although I can easliy say its one of the best supps to come out in along time

its a very noticiable and distict support mechanism in our diets especially when we are doing it natural or coming off cycle.

I've been using L-Glutamine for several months now and wondering why it had no noticeable effect after all the muscle mags touted it as a "must have" supplement for post workout recovery.

It's nice to finally hear that I'm not the only one on the planet that thinks L-Glutamine doesn't really do anything.
