Glutamine effect after workouts.....

Just wanted to add that cold-pressed Flax Seed Oil is the best source of omega-3's.

(this entire thread belongs on the supplements board)

the normal l-glutamine that we are all familiar with does seem to have immunological benifits, so if your taking it just for health reasons then thats ok.
The reason why its not effective in the goals of Body Building is that most of it gets terminated by any PH or HEAT changes thus most of it is not taken up by target tissues because it cannot survive long enough to accomplsh that job

but GPLENISH because of it inherant stablity can be absorbed thoughout the whole process of digestion fom stomoch to colon.
thus the possiblity of true nitrogen retention becomes reality.

YOUR going to recover faster, YOUR going to have more endurance, YOUR muscles will feel fuller.


as for you goals I wish you the best of luck .


while on cycle maybe just take it post workout out.

if not just for the antioxidant benifits (click under my name where it says "TAKE IT UP TO THE NEXT LEVEL" that will give you additional info)

POST CYCLE however take it up to three times a day in divided doses.

its going to help alot of us when coming off, preliminary feedback from customers, and mods has already confirmed this.

about mixing GPLENISH
heres what to do.


1 just put it in the blender with your other items and blend

or

2

put it all you contents in a shaker bottle dry
with no liquid, and shake till all powdered items merge in to one another.

then add your chosen liquid and shake

then all should be fine.



the only thing about GPLENISH that is different is the mildley earthy flavor wich is just natural

and the fact that you have to mix it in the way explained above

after that your set.


just shake it dry with your other contents till it all merges and add liquid as desired

L-glutamine(the free-form AA) did nothing BECAUSE it was destroyed by the stomach acids, and less than 1% of it reached the blood stream intact.

A bit of background:

Glutamine comprises about 61% of the AA(Amino acid) pool in the blood stream. Making it BY FAR the most abundant.

Strenous excercise depletes Glutamine levels in the bloodstream anywhere from 30-80%...so you can see were a glutamine supplement that actually works could be beneficial. Taken Post-workout it would combat blood glutamine depletion, and bring blood glutamine levels back to normal(or even higher) therefore curbing catabolism by quite some margin.

A Glutamine peptide, is basically a glutamine molecule joined to another glutamine molcule making it MUCH more resistant to stomach acids, and therfore a much higher % of the peptides reach the blood stream. By my estimation, its something like 50%. Compared to L-Glutamine(1%) its a quantum leap forward in glutamine delivery. Only IV is more effective.(Obviously :) )

I definately think its worth buying. Its not a scam like free form L-Glutamine...but a very potent anti-catabolic NATURAL supplemment that is also going to be one heck of an immune booster as well.

Just don't listen to nelson, he doesn't even know what a Gplenish is...probably thinks its normal l-glutamine......lol

You can even improve the absorption of the peptides by using a bufferring agent that reduces the stomachs PH leve(Baking soda or potassium Citrate), making them even more effective.

About 20g.

Adding a sweetener(Which people do anyways) gets rid of the taste).

oh its in huh? i missed this thread. i have spoke with you in the past on it on steroidology under a different username. i'll have to get me some. :) on 2200 cals with anavar/clen/proviron and high protein.....so i can use all the anti-catabolics that i can find. how about making it effervescent like creatine? adding in alka seltzer for stomache PH?
