Glutamine effect after workouts.....

Omega, I have a question...if were not using a glutamine peptide like gplenish...should we not both with the regular supplement (l-glutamine) they sell in the stores at all?

Been taking prolab glutamine powder for about 3 months now, being honest with myself don't really know if its doing anything for me besides the placebo affect...

And another question, Im considering first cycle (age 22, weight 175, want to bulk up) If Im considering buying Gplenish to TRY would you recommend me starting it at the end of my cycle to retain gains? middle or from beginning of cycle? Much Thanks

Ok Omega... Where can I get some. I am willing to try anything once. Hell I even smoked crack once... ;)

How were your gains on crack?? J/K. Bro, what were you thinking???? Get the crack out your viens and hope in your brains. Sorry, there's a T.V. evangelists that says this on his comercial. Can't help but chuckle every time I see it.

i have to agree with the anabolicmd. glutamine always keeps me pumped and in my opinion works better than creatine. i have a hard time believing that it does'nt do shit. i remember reading one time that the gut is a glutamine "hog" and absorbs most of it. am i making a mistake counting my 20g of daily glutamine towards my total daily protein intake? shit, hope not...

lol... Actually it is not bad at all. Health from the Sun makes a lemon-lime flavored oil that is very light and neutral tasting... and it's only like $8 for a big bottle.

you know i used to take grams upon grams of glutamine, and i even worked at gnc for a time, preaching how using glutamine post workout will help you recover. i havent taken glutamine in about a year and i have still recovered fine without it. I've seen products come and go and the hype behind them, however i still have to give supplement companies some credit for keeping the product on the shelves for so long.
