Glass amps in X-Ray

Does anyone know if glass amps show up distinctly in an airport X-ray machine?

Unless the technology is more advanced than 12 years ago, a doctor told me that glass does not show up on x-rays (I had a piece of glass in foot). Also, around same time I got about 18 amps and 2 10ml vials through London's Heathrow's (back then London was the craziest airport because of terrorist threats from IRA) baggage check.

you need to go buy a couple bottles of some sort of vitamin gel caps and take some out and put the amps in there with them. they wont notice the differece.

I used to put Cuban cigars in my snorkel when I would come back from a dive trip in the Cayman Islands and never had a problem.

I'm sure you can find something to put them in to mask their shape...

in fact, at an izmir airport in istanbuL, they had me open my suitcase as they saw on the xray machines something funny.. imagine 1000 ampules.. anyhow.. they knew exactly what part of the suitcase to look for too.. gear is legal there so i had no problem..

If you want to bring a girl to the U.S. the best way is have her apply for a K-1 fiancee visa. Once she arrives, you have 90 days to marry her or else she has to go home. Consider it a try before you buy deal.

Thanks for the hooker advice guys. I was just kidding - making fun of some of the messed up stories I've heard. I've been around Central America on business enough times to know.

Yeah - we stayed about a block from Help. It was a vagina hurricane of unsurpassed magnitude. We pulled in both the paid and non-paid varieties.
Absolute wonderland down there especially if you have connections with the right locals, which I found my buddy to be in no short supply of. I had no idea he was so well connected down there.

And some K coming to everyone that advised against bringing souveniers home. I wound up getting the special treatment from customs which would have been bad if I had anything on me.

Why risk getting busted and creating the biggest problem in my life just to save money when right now money is the least of my problems.

I was just excited by how available things were and wasn't thinking.
